 RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION

You can make a reservation at our property in one of the following ways:

Once your booking request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation at the email address or telephone number you have provided to us. The confirmation will contain the date of the reservation, the guest's name, telephone number and contact email, the number of guests, the amount due for the stated number of nights, and the terms and conditions for payment of the deposit.

To secure your booking we require a prepayment of 50 (fifty) % of the total amount (unless another prepayment amount has been agreed between the parties), payable within 5 working days after booking confirmation. Upon receipt of the prepayment, your booking shall be deemed finally confirmed. In the event of non-payment of the deposit we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

To pay for our services, you can use the following payment methods:

When paying by а bank transfer, the name of the guest and the corresponding number of nights concerning the reservation must be entered in the reason for payment.

The prices of our services are in BGN, including VAT and tourist tax. The amount payable is calculated according to the number of days, the number of adults and children and the current price offer for the relevant period. In the event of incorrect data filled in by you when booking (e.g. number of guests, number of nights), we inform you that we reserve the right to request additional payment on the day of check-in.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to change prices and special offers depending on demand and current availability. For bookings already made, confirmed and paid, the amount due for the booking will not change regardless of new price offers presented.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE CONDITIONS

Cancellation of your reservation can be made as follows:

  • by e-mail: , indicating the name of the guest who has made the reservation and the relevant booking period.

In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 1 (one) day prior to the arrival date, the client will not owe a penalty.

In case of cancellation less than twenty four (24) hours prior to check-in or in the event of a no-show on the day of check-in, the amount prepaid for your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be deemed cancelled.

In the event of a refund, all transfer costs (bank charges, other related costs etc.) will be borne by the customer. Refunds due to cancellation/non-use/alteration of a reservation are made within 14 days, depending on the method of payment, and are refunded only to the bank account from which they have been received. Your card details are only used by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.

If you wish to change the details of a booking you have already made, please contact us on +359 / 896 280 008.

If you leave earlier than the scheduled date, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.

"Odrys Apartments" reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of force majeure circumstances or other reasons beyond our control. In this case the following options are available to the client:

  • Accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices.
  • Refund of the prepayment within 14 days from the date of receipt of a written request from the client.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

Check-out time is 12 o'clock.
Check-in takes place from 2 pm. In case of possible check-in after 11 pm, please contact us under the phone number provided.
Pets are not accepted.
Additional requests (baby cot, special location of the apartment, etc.) are accepted via email or under the contact phone number provided.
Guests are required to respect the property of "Odrys Apartments". In the event of any damage to furniture or inventory, we reserve the right to compensation.

GENERAL

When a customer makes a booking, they enter into a contractual relationship with us and accept our terms and conditions. Customers using our services must be adults according to Bulgarian law /over 18 (eighteen) years of age/. Children are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or legal representatives.

Parents/legal representatives are fully responsible for child supervision for the entire stay.

Within the scope of the services we provide, we process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read it as it contains important terms related to you. By providing personal data in connection with a booking, you give your consent to such processing on your own behalf and on behalf of any guest who stays with us as part of the booking.

If you are an individual consumer, you have certain legal rights. If any of these terms conflict with a legal right or the law changes and your legal rights change, then the legal rights will prevail over these terms.

We reserve the right to change the information on this page and the terms and conditions at any time to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
